The 5 Tibetans are a series of exercises that rejuvenate the Prana, or life force in the body, and help in balancing the chakras. They are extremely beneficial exercises for people suffering from Hyper-thyroid conditions, obesity, depression, or low energy. Each exercise should be repeated, with the correct breathing, 7, 14, or 21 times.
